Mini milk Carton

Yes those are spiders ! It's a Martha Stewart punch .


I love this little milk carton !  they go perfectly with the Got Treats stamp set in it there is a stamp for all the major holidays .I was in the Halloween mood today  . These are so adorable !

Today is a relax day for me . I'm taking a break from walking and the heat . I needed a card to send out to a sorority sister so I pulled out my stuff  and  came up with this card pretty quick. I'm learning that if I put to much thought into it I'm never happy with the outcome .
I used the wellness wishes from Stampin Up,  it's no longer available :(   the paper is just scraps from a Martha Stewart paper pack . I gained how much ???

Yep that's right the scale said I gained 4 pounds . I know, I know it was devastating but I still took my weekly and went and sat down and listened to the meeting. The whole time I'm totally mad and I keep hearing how this person and that person lost 5 and 3 and 2.8 pounds . I'm trying to figure out what I did or didn't do right . I know I walked 8 miles that week and I certainly ate all of my daily and exercise points there is no way I'm giving those up ! So after a few minutes  those who didn't get good results we were given an opportunity to ask questions. As soon as I said it's that time of the month for me the leader piped in and said " 4 LBS " . YES ! that's it . Duh ! It didn't even dawn on me that it was because of "  THAT " . So I have decided that during "THAT " week I will not weight in I will only participate in the meeting. Now to the good stuff !

I found this at Farm fresh and I love mac n cheese . The veggie is cauliflower


This recipe was in the weight watchers weekly and it's only 2 ingredients !

It called  for a lite can of blueberry filling but food lion didn't have any so I got Cherry. Preheat the oven at 350
‎1 box of angel food cake mix and one can of lite pie filling of your choice the recipe calls for blueberries . All you do is add the two together and bake it in an ungreased 9x13 cake pan for 30 minutes . Let it cool and cut in into 24 pieces - 3 points per piece . 


It's  delicious with a little fat free cool whip on top . 24 pieces  3 points per serving


 I tried V 8 juice this past week and I like it :)

My Dad , Garret and I went to the Ferry Plantation house this past week . I had never been there before and didn't even know it existed until I was looking on line for things to do . I was so excited about it I love history and true mystery . We learned so much about the history surrounding the house and the area . We saw really neat artifacts and I love archaeology it's so exciting to see things from the past and imagine who, what, where and when . 

A hard week --- down 2.8 lbs

This past week was really tough some things were good and some were just very difficult to bare . I'm still on the path to positive changes though . Some things are in the works to help the situation .

My strength and will power was tested several times this past week  a few times I wanted a cigarette but I would then think of how it's been six months this Monday since I kicked the habit, I cant go back to that ! Exercise , eating right  and cigarettes will not mix well together.

ohh ! and I found these babies at the farmers market , can't wait to eat them ! White Eggplant
I realized this past week that I have a lot strength emotionally and physically . I thought for sure that I wasn't progressing with my weight loss but I went  in this morning to weigh and I lost 2.8 lbs . Seriously ! I was shocked not because I didn't follow  but because I was so negative and not very confident  of my efforts . We did go to Busch Gardens and I tracked my walking and watched what I ate . My Brother in love ( taken from Cyndi   I just love how she calls the in love instead of in law )  and sister gave me a bike !! so happy so happy !!!  Garret and I are looking forward to riding together . So here are my meeting notes for today.

Weight watches meeting - 7-16-2011 Down 2.8 lbs
Greek yogurt with ranch dip mix - for the ranch lovers
Grill fruits
Bananas
Peaches =yogurt   = honey
Fruit kabobs - I marshmallow - get your sweet on !
Kool whip fat free - fruit
 Use E tools - for recipe ideas - Tweek your own recipes and charge serving amounts
Soy noodles - hungry girl
Philly cheese mix in's - low in points - stir into veggies or pasta
Grilling makes a big difference in things you normally wouldn't eat - changes flavor
Grilled Eggplant with grilled peppers - keep in fridge heat up throughout week add to hot pasta
Use broiler for peppers or any fruit or veggies if you can't grill outside .
