Blogging from my Iphone while I rest after walking Mt Trashmore . I love that I can do that .
Anyways I'm a hot sweaty mess, a little sore but all and all I feel great today .

So proud of Garret he kept up like a champ on his wing scooter . I need to check and see if they make those for adults , it would make an awesome work out .

Of course I have the essentials for walking on a hot day .My pedometer says I burned a little over 200 calories . Yeah me !!
