Make it your own ! ( glass etching )

Ok this is my first tutorial  so bare with me as I lay out the directions on glass etching . This stuff is awesome !
It's permanent  so that means it's perfect for putting your initials on those dishes you want to
get back. Here I have etched a bottle that I plan on giving as a Christmas gift this year and after doing this I can foresee many projects in the future . So here it goes step by step but easy peasy to do .
First wash your glass item and wipe down with Windex ( not sure why, just do it ) .

Cut out  your letters or object using vinyl  .
Here I have cut out the words Yum Yum to go on the back of the bottle as well as the words Come Back Sauce.
Cover the outer perimeter of  the area you are going to etch .

Transfer the vinyl with transfer tape onto the glass, be sure to smooth it out . You don't want the cream  to get underneath the vinyl.

Cover the vinyl with the etching cream following manufactures directions.
Wash off cream with water and peal off tape and vinyl wash with soap and water and clean with Windex .

And so here it is !!! I love it  it came out great and I can't wait to do more .
